  40. 1)  Listings are accepted on The FreeBoard, through FIDO NetMail to 264/212,
  41.     or via U.S. Mail.
  42.     A message is placed in Fido WINNET to alert you to the next list cutoff,
  43.     and availability of new lists.
  44.     Participation is not limited to SysOps only. Accurate information is
  45.     accepted by all Users.
  46. 2)  The cutoff is 2 weeks before the release of the next scheduled list.
  47. 3)  The LIST is distributed via WINnet. It is also available on CIS, GEnie.
  48. 4)  Please advise of any errors, omissions, or inactive BBSs on this list.
  49. 5)  This list is not limited to any particular type of BBS, all are welcome.
  50. 6)  The WINBB is accurate to the best of my ability, but not guaranteed
  51.     suitable for any purpose.
  52. 7)  BBSs outside the US to be added soon.
