  7. When the table options Rows span pages and Automatic are enabled with an X, 
  8. removing the X from automatic grays out the Rows span pages option, but the X 
  9. remains.

  11. SOLUTION:

  13. When Automatic and Rows span pages are both enabled, an X will remain in Rows 
  14. span pages when Automatic is disabled until OK is chosen.  This presents no 
  15. problem, however, because the next time you enter Table Layout, Rows span 
  16. pages will be grayed out (it is grayed out because the option is not available 
  17. with Automatic disabled) and there will not be an X for the option.

  19. Modified Ami Pro files are available which will remove the X from Rows span 
  20. pages as soon as the X is removed from Automatic.  Contact Lotus Word 
  21. Processing Division Customer Service at 404-256-2272 and request the modified 
  22. Ami Pro files that correctly disable Rows span pages in tables.
