  4.     Instructions- Simply load up simcity 2000 and load up the city,
  5. BILLION.SC2. You will be given a flat, clear landscape for you to build.
  6. You will also be given over  2 billion dollars.  The data you start at is
  7. 1900, so you will only have access to the technology available in
  8. 1900. I haven't been able to change the date, but I guess that
  9. is the sacrifice one makes for 2 billion dollars. Again, it's yours to
  10. build with. Enjoy!
