More thorough discription:
This level was designed primarily as a deathmatch level. It
is basically like two separate levels. In one portion a person 'in the know'
can jump from ambush sight to ambush sight while his prey, an unsuspecting
college freshman in a computer lab, runs around trying to gather up weapons.
THe entrances to the ambush sights are very well concealed, making it almost
impossable for an unexperienced player to find them. Also, many of the
sights allow you to shoot out, but make it very hard for the other player to
shoot in. Pick up games with this level are a blast!! You can bait people
into certain rooms, and after they enter, close a door behind them. Once
they're trapped in there you can do all sorts of nasty things like shut off
the lights, or start the ceiling crushing them, etc.
The overall layout is roughly that of a cross. The player one start
position (in a single player game) is at the bottom of the cross, and the end
level room is at the top. Weapons such as the rocket launcher are located in
either end of the cross.
I was going to write all of the secrets to the level next, but
it would take too long and describing some of them would be a bitch. So if
you have any questions about how to get into somewhere or something, write me
at the address listed above and I would be more than happy to help you. I
promise you can get into everywhere, and you can end the level. Just look
harder or write me if you can't figure something out.
Enjoy,
KVS
