  3. The ideal screen resolution for XPLORA 1 is 640 x 480.  This can be set
  4. through Windows Setup.
  5.  
  6. Using ALT-TAB to switch out of XPLORA 1 and then return, may cause
  7. subsequent problems with video sequences.
  8.  
  9. If you use a screen saver with Windows, you should disable it before
  10. running XPLORA 1.
  11.  
  12. Only files with the extension ".mix" should be saved or loaded when
  13. using the mixer.
  14.  
  15. On some systems an error can occur when using the Jam Session.
  16. If this happens, check that you have "stacks" set to 9256.
  17. You should have the following line in your CONFIG.SYS file.
  18. STACKS=9,256
  19.  
  20. The CONFIG.SYS can be edited using SYSEDIT.EXE located in the
  21. Windows system directory.  Take care when editing these files!

  23. Known Problems:

  25. Using a Soundblaster Pro interface board, either as a sound board
  26. only or as a CD-ROM interface and sound board, can cause a 5
  27. second delay of the first sound generated in a movie track.
  28. This problem is a known Quick Time for Windows bug.
  29.  
  30. There is a also a problem with some Video drivers which cause a
  31. black line to appear on some of the video windows. If this occurs,
  32. you should notify your dealer and request an upgrade to your
  33. driver.
  34.  
  35. If you are using a SoundBlaster card, you can get the best results
  36. by obtaining the latest versions of the SoundBlaster drivers by
  37. contacting your local supplier. These can also be downloaded from The Net.
