  33. term. Can be reelected. Removed by two-thirds vote of mainland and Zanzibar

  37. Appointed by chairman. Responsible to him and Central Committee for routine
  38. party administration. One deputy for mainland and one for Zanzibar, but
  39. jurisdiction of each covers entire country.

  76. mainland and Zanzibar to Central Committee; make final nominations of
  77. candidates to National Assembly; elect eight members of Board of Trustees from
  78. both mainland and Zanzibar; fill vacancies in own membership from National
  79. Conference members; designate mass organizations. Decisionmaking reached by
  80. consensus or by majority of members present and voting. Decisions on structure
  81. of government or division of responsibility between mainland and Zanzibar
  82. require approval of two-thirds of mainland and of Zanzibari delegates.

  96. superintend implementation of all party activities; receive reports of NEC;
  97. confirm, repudiate, or revoke any decision of any organ or officer of CCM;

  101. parliamentary activities; all ZRC members-ensure implementation of CCM policy
  102. in all activities carried out by ZRC. Quorum is two-thirds of all mainland
