  100. INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS:

  102.      Lesotho is a signatory to the revised Customs Union Agreement of 1969
  103. together with the Republic of South Africa, Botswana and Swaziland. The
  104. Agreement regulates the interchange of goods between the contracting
  105. countries.

  107.      The Southern African Customs Union Commission consisting of
  108. representatives of each of the four member countries meets, at least once a
  109. year, to review the operation of the Agreement.

  111.      Lesotho is also a signatory to the revised Lome Convention, which governs
  112. trade policy and preferences between the African Caribbean and Pacific states
  113. (ACP) and the ten states of the European Economic Community (EEC) - Belgium,
  114. Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands
  115. and the United Kingdom.

  117.      The Convention also deals with the promotion of trade between the (ACP)
  118. and (EEC) states.

  120.      Lesotho is also a signatory to the Convention on the Settlement of
  121. Investment Disputes between states and nationals of other states.
