Thank you for trying the Customer-One market support and interaction system.
You will be able to use this Windows front-end program to access the Workgroup Systems Customer-One service. Once connected you will be able experiment with the system and see exactly what Customer-One can do.
There are many different on-line services available today, but not many that allow you to dynamically interact with the service. Following is a brief list of functions you will be able to use once connected to Customer-One:
E-Mail
Folders
Help Desk
News
Knowledge Base
Conference
Custom Forms
There is additional information regarding these functions later. But for now, how do you connect?

UPGRADING CUSTOMER-ONE
======================
New versions of the Customer-One front-end programs (Windows) will be made available periodically on the Workgroup Systems Customer-One service.
These files will be located in the Customer-One folders section or can be retrieved by downloading the front-end from Workgroup Systems by dialing in using a terminal emulator such as Windows Terminal.
The Customer-One front-end interface is freely available to users who wish to explore the Customer-One system. Either contact the Workgroup Systems office for a copy, or dial in (by modem) to the Workgroup Systems Customer-One data line at 011-804 1623. Use a standard communications program (such as Windows Terminal program) -- that supports XModem file transfers -- to download the Customer-One front-end. Once connected, follow the on screen instructions to download the self-extracting front-end and connect to Workgroup Systems
