Set "Type of Search" to "Exact match" to search for the exact text entered. This turns off grammatical stemming, so that the search query "four score and seven years ago" retrieves items only where that exact phrase appears. In another example, an "Exact match" search with the query "dog" would retrieve items that contain "dog" but not items that contain "dogs" or "dogged".
