  11. Comparisons are always inevitable. PS2s to MACs, PCBoard to RBBS, Reagan to
  12. Stallin,  and Mom  to your  Wife. That's  why I  want to  say this before I
  13. start: SYSCHECK  is not a replacement  for SYSID. If SYSID  were a complete
  14. diagnostic check  of your car,  then SYSCHECK is  a look over  by a service
  15. station attendant.

  17. USE: SYSCHECK is unencumbered by options; just type SYSCHECK.

  19.      What  you are  presented with  is a  bevy of  information in just five
  20.      screens. Not  as detailed as SYSID,  these screens only touch  on high
  21.      level equipments, and  never really go into the bits  and bytes of the
  22.      machine.

  24.      So why am  I glowing about this program? 33K  of security. Quickly and
  25.      accurately you can pull up an equipment  listing of what is on your PC
  26.      without  the details.  (This is  great for  bringing along  to a  used
  27.      computer show)

  29.      The only problem I encountered  concerned the graphic board selection.
  30.      It would not recognize my VGA, so it bumped me down to an EGA.
