  194. unscrew,  it is  cam action.  Just
  195. flip it  to the open  position and
  196. the wheel will slip out.

  198. out,  then  you  can  unscrew  the
  199. lever  a  bit  AFTER IT IS FLIPPED
  200. TO THE RELEASE POSITION.
