  4.      Position  the  wheel  in  the
  5. forks and try  to close the lever.
  6. It will likely be  too easy or too
  7. stiff to fold over. You must reset
  8. the  knob  on  the  other  side to
  9. adjust the cam action. Turning the
  10. knob  clockwise while  holding the
  11. lever  in the  open position  will
  12. make the lever harder to close. If
  13. it  closes too  hard already,  you
  14. must  loosen the  knob. The proper
  15. adjustment is such  that the lever
  16. is quite firm, but  not so hard to
  17. close  that  it  hurts  your hand.
  18. Test  the wheel  to be  sure it is
  19. secure.
