  10.   My first  suggestion  is  to  ask  a
  11. friend if they  know of a garage where
  12. they do  good, honest  work.  Not  all
  13. automotive  repair  shops are crooked.
  14. Perhaps a friend  has  had  some  good
  15. luck in a shop.  Ask around.          
  16.   My next suggestion  is  to go  to  a
  17. shop which looks like it's fairly well
  18. organized.  Get a written estimate and
  19. go to a second repair shop and ask for
  20.

  24. When you get home,  compare  them  and
  25. come back to this program  to  see  if
  26. what they are recommending  makes  any
  27. sense.  This program  should  be  some
  28. help to you.                          
  29.   You might consider  a third shop for 
  30. an estimate.  You  could save yourself 
  31. a bundle!  I  am aware that most shops
  32. will put diagnostic equipment  on your
  33. car and charge a fee.  This is  an un-
  34. fortunate  trend  in auto service  but
  35. the equipment is very expensive stuff.
