OCR: After purchasing the needed parts from your favorite electronic store or department store do the following things: 1 - Calculate the lengths of cable you will need (this varies from installation to installation. Cut to lenghts and secure adapters on the ends of the cables. The Cables between the 3-way, the two A-B switches, and the 2-way switch need not be extremely long as they may be located close to each other. I secured these parts to the bottom side of my TV Stand (out of sight but with the A-B switches accessable). One of my connections was merely three inches in length but you might find 8 in. to one foot a bit more easy to work with. Lenghts of cable with prepared ends may be obtained, but you pay for the convenience. 2 - Your Cable or Antenna Source should be connected to the 3-Way switch (make connection to the side of the 3-way switch which has only one connection port). 3- On the other side of the 3-Way switch there is 3 connection ports. It doesn't matter which one you use to connect to, as that all three ports have the same signal split between them. I perfer to use the middle port to connect to the VCR (This insure that the VCR has a source from your Cable or Antenna, Also this connection may need a lengthy cable depending on how far away the VCR is located.
