  7.     Don't tell Windows Catering Co. of Washington that Bill
  8. Clinton's election spells the end of politics as usual. Windows,
  9. a nonunion firm, last month submitted the apparent winning bid
  10. to cater the Inaugural luncheon on Capitol Hill. But then,
  11. Windows says, a labor official accused the company of
  12. misrepresenting itself as a union firm. The Joint Congressional
  13. Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies subsequently reopened the
  14. bidding and awarded the job to a union shop. John Chambers,
  15. executive director of the joint committee, denied that Windows
  16. had ever officially won the deal.
