  7.     When Chelsea Clinton realized that her dad had won the
  8. election, she burst into tears. She was happy for him, but after
  9. all, any teenager might be apprehensive about moving into the
  10. White House. You can't wander off to the mall. And you never
  11. know when somebody's going to snap a picture, no matter how
  12. gross you feel. Chelsea felt that only one person could truly
  13. understand the pressures she is facing. So she talked it over
  14. with AMY CARTER, now 25, who was just nine when her father was
  15. elected. Clinton aides say one of Chelsea's greatest concerns
  16. is that Secret Service agents will shadow her everywhere she
  17. goes.
