  10. brilliantly funny actor-director ROBERTO BENIGNI, 39. His smash
  11. hit Mafia comedy, Johnny Stecchino, is currently opening
  12. Stateside. Next year he will star in an American farce, Son of
  13. Pink Panther. That project, says Benigni with boyish delight,
  14. "is the most wonderful thing I've done."
