  7.     Celebrated figures the world has long forgotten too often
  8. turn up in the most bizarre places. Case in point: Lana Peters,
  9. once known as SVETLANA STALIN, daughter of despot Joseph. After
  10. years of repeatedly migrating back and forth between East and
  11. West, Peters, 66, a mother of three children and author of two
  12. books, has wound up in a London charity hostel for those
  13. suffering with severe emotional problems. There, Peters
  14. apparently pays a modest $132 a week for her room and board.
