  7.     DAVID DUKE fought Republican Party officials all the way
  8. to the Supreme Court last month, finally failing to win a place
  9. on their primary ballot in Georgia. But that was then, and this
  10. is now. This week Bush Central is secretly rooting for Duke, who
  11. is on the ballot in seven of the eight Super Tuesday primaries.
  12. Says an insider: "Every vote for Duke is a vote that Buchanan
  13. doesn't get.
