  8. U.S. intelligence is learning plenty about the other sideUs
  9. successes in turning Americans into traitors. Several onetime
  10. Warsaw Pact nations have opened espionage files to the U.S.
  11. According to FBI counterintelligence chief Wayne Gilbert, most
  12. of the suspected traitors identified are U.S. military
  13. personnel. Cases will begin going to grand juries in the coming
  14. months.
