  8. The NATIONAL WOMEN'S POLITICAL CAUCUS has decided not to
  9. co-sponsor a major abortion-rights march on Washington in April.
  10. The march, being mounted by the National Organization for Women
  11. and other groups, may feature such attention-getting favorites
  12. as chaining oneself to the White House fence. The N.W.P.C.,
  13. which focuses on helping get women elected to public office,
  14. feels that marches and civil disobedience are a waste of its
  15. resources. Says spokeswoman Pat Reilly: "For what it would cost
  16. us to participate in this march, we can elect several women."
