Hi! Thanks for downloading FontSpec Pro. Features include:
. View your fonts in many different ways
. Print pro-quality customized specimen sheets
. Install & deinstall fonts in groups or individually
. Compare installed fonts against uninstalled font files
. Access FontSpec Pro from within other applications
. Plus much, much more!
To install this application:
. Decompress your file (ZIP,ARC,whatever). Do not try to
decompress any of the resulting child files. Here's an
approximation of what you'll end up with:
Volume in drive C is C-100193NW7

. Put all of the child files into a temporary directory
or on a floppy diskette.
. Start Windows. Choose "Run" from the File Menu.
Type "A:\FS-SETUP.EXE" or you can use the path of the
temporary directory where the files reside.
You should obtain the file VBRUN300.DLL which is not included with
this distribution, but is required for FontSpec to run. It wasn't
included because many people already have this file on their system
so it would be a waste of time to download it again (and again and
again). I hope you can appreciate why the file wasn't included. It
may already be on your system (check your \Windows directory or your
\Windows\System directory). The file can also be obtained from most
bulletin boards, CompuServe forums or America Online.
PLEASE READ (or at least glance at) the docs after you install the application
I hope you find FontSpec Pro to be truly useful!
