  5. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the license agreement
  6. all public domain and shareware vendors must also comply with the following:

  8. GrabIt Pro MUST be copied in an unmodified form and GRBPRO.ZIP MUST 
  9. contain the following files:

  22. 10 PACKING.LST    This File

  30. -> No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
  31.    anyone without the express written permission in advance of Software 
  32.    Excellence By Design Inc.
  33.  
  34. -> Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for GrabIt Pro
  35.    itself. However you may include GrabIt Pro on a diskette or other
  36.    media for which you charge a nominal distribution fee as long as the
  37.    conditions below are met.

  39.   VENDORS MUST
  40.   ------------
  41. 1. Notify purchaser of said media prior to accepting payment that the 
  42.    fee paid to acquire the media does NOT IN ANY WAY relieve purchaser 
  43.    from their contractual obgliation to purchase GrabIt Pro if  
  44.    purchaser uses GrabIt Pro beyond the 14 day evaluation period.
  45.      
  46. 2. The above statement MUST be printed on a label, or other form of
  47.    identification, that is DIRECTLY attached to the media being distributed
  48.    by ANY Public Domain or Shareware Disk Vendor without exception!
  49.  
  50. 3. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  51.    GrabIt Pro for downloading by their users without written permission
  52.    ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
  53.    for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
  54.    DOWNLOADING GrabIt Pro files without first obtaining the express
  55.    written permission in advance from Software Excellence By Design Inc. 
  56.    to charge such a fee.
