In a queue on a network printer to which you are connected, you can change only the position of your own documents, and you can only move them downward. To change the order of documents in a queue > Drag the icon of the document you want to change, and drop it in its new position. Drag it up to make it print sooner or down to make it print later. Or select the document, press and hold down CTRL, and press the UP or DOWN ARROW key to move the document to its new position. Then release CTRL and the arrow key. Or use the Move Document Up or Move Document Down button on the toolbar.
