  6.   I make mine (or rather my daughter's) the easy way!  I take a length
  7.   of material (usually a long scrap left over from something I've sewn for
  8.   her), fold in half (right sides together) and sew three sides.  If the
  9.   material is real wide, I sometimes sew wide bias tape down the middle
  10.   before I make the tube.  I turn it right side out and thread elastic
  11.   through, sew up the open and there you are!  The amount of material
  12.   and elastic I use depends on the fullness I want for the scrunchie.
