  3.     Prettying Up a Padded Hanger

  6. SUPPLIES :
  7. - Padded satin hanger
  8. - 1 /2 yd. Battenburg or other lace trim
  9.   Tacky glue or needle & thread
  10. - Embellishment options: pearls, ribban fancies,
  11.   small silk flowers, satin ribbon, small round
  12.   Battenburg ot heart-shaped, crocheted doily
  13.  
  14. INSTRUCTIONS:
  15. 1. Arrange lace trim on hanger &
  16.    glue or sew in place. If using doily,
  17.    cut hole in center & slip over hanger
  18.    hook, then glue in place.
  19.  
  20. 2. Decorate as desired by gluing
  21.    or sewing trims in place.
