  4.   The credit will be limited to $50 per household. And you must
  5.   request and complete a credit application.

  21.   and 8% fee on all unpaid credit balances on record for 30 days or more.
  22.   Accounts payable with a minimum monthly payment of $10 or balance if
  23.   balance is below $10. There is no sign up fee for this line of credit.
