  4.       CTRL-B  -  goto bottom (end) of file
  5.       CTRL-D  -  delete character under curser  (rest scrolls leftwards)
  6.       CTRL-E  -  goto end of current line
  7.       CTRL-I  -  (or TAB)  special four spaces tabulator
  8.       CTRL-K  -  kill current line  (rest scrolls upwards)
  9.       CTRL-L  -  refresh screen
  10.       CTRL-N  -  insert new line under the current line,
  11.                  scroll rest downwards and goto beginning of new line
  12.       CTRL-O  -  <2x>  include and quote original text  (for comments)
  13.       CTRL-P  -  preview of screen contents  (quit with return)
  14.       CTRL-Q  -  <2x>  quit editor without saving
  15.       CTRL-R  -  refresh of current line
  16.       CTRL-T  -  goto top (beginning) of file
