uuaallaarrmm - schedule signal after specified time

The uuaallaarrmm() function waits a count of _m_i_c_r_o_s_e_c_o_n_d_s before asserting the
terminating signal SIGALRM. System activity or time used in processing
the call may cause a slight delay.
If the _i_n_t_e_r_v_a_l argument is nonzero, the SIGALRM signal will be sent to
the process every _i_n_t_e_r_v_a_l microseconds after the timer expires (e.g. af
ter _v_a_l_u_e microseconds have passed).
RREETTUURRNN VVAALLUUEESS
When the signal has successfully been caught, aallaarrmm() returns the amount
of time left on the clock. The maximum mumber of _m_i_c_r_o_s_e_c_o_n_d_s allowed is
2147483647.
