  5. Currently all CD-ROM's are $19.95 when ordered directly from me, and
  6. have a suggested retail price of between $24.95 and $29.95 when
  7. ordered from other distributers or purchased at a retail outlet.
  8.  
  9. Depending upon the actual demand after the first two or three
  10. FreshFish CD-ROM's, the price may be adjusted either up or down.
  11. Customers with existing accounts at the time of a rate change will
  12. always receive the lowest available rate, either the rate in affect at
  13. the time of the order or the rate at the time of shipment, whichever
  14. is lower.  So order now at $19.95 and always get the best rate.

  16. Shipping and handling is $3 per CD-ROM for domestic USA first class
  17. mail shipments and $5 per CD-ROM for overseas airmail shipments.
  18. Special arrangements such as Federal Express are available for a $10
  19. special handling fee, plus actual shipping charges.  For orders of
  20. multiple copies of CD-ROM's, such that more than one CD-ROM would be
  21. shipped in a single package (ordering 6 copies of each CD-ROM for
  22. example), instead of using $3 or $5 per CD-ROM, use $3 or $5 per set,
  23. or partial set, of 4 CD-ROM's as follows:

  55. Be sure to state in your order which CD-ROM's you want and include the
  56. appropriate shipping and handling as indicated above.  As with the
  57. floppy distributions, funds not immediately used will go into an
  58. escrow account (fully refundable at any time), to be charged against
  59. as CD-ROM's are shipped.

  61. If you already have an account for the floppy distribution, you can
  62. transfer to the CD-ROM account, and automatically switch over to the
  63. CD-ROM distribution, by simply notifying me that this is what you'd
  64. like to do.

  66. I can now accept MasterCard or VISA orders.  If you are preordering
  67. CD-ROM's that are not yet available, please include a statement with
  68. your order that you agree to have the charge made to your card before
  69. delivery of the CD-ROM's, subject to full refund on demand of any
  70. unused portion.  If you FAX in an order to be paid by credit card,
  71. please sign it somewhere.
