  6. Hello, this is SOUNDEffect1.30 - the first international released version of
  7. this program.

  9.   The program
  10.   -----------
  11.  
  12. SOUNDEffect is a program which offers many facilities to edit samples.
  13. It's very useful for musicians with some experience in working with samples.
  14. Here are some special features:
  15.  
  16.   1) User interface with gadgets for all functions. The gadgets are arrenged
  17.      into panels. (It's of course impossible to get all gadgets on one
  18.      screen.)
  19.  
  20.   2) There are 8 temporary buffers for samples (called ZS in the rest of the
  21.      documentation). You can choose whether a buffer shell be on disk or in
  22.      RAM (Fast-RAM).
  23.  
  24.   3) Frequency and amplitude modulation with an envelop waveform wich you can
  25.      paint with the mouse.
  26.  
  27.   4) Normal echo and a special reverb effect.
  28.  
  29.   5) Free hand editing of the sample is possible.
  30.  
  31.   6) Mixing of upto 8 samples in one time (mixer)

  33.   7) Chorus effect.
  34.  
  35.   8) High and low pass filter with adjustable cut off frequency.
  36.  
  37.   9) Expander, compresser, limiter.

  39.  10) Noise generator.

  41.  11) All usualy function like copy, paste, cut, insert, delete, loop, swap,
  42.      reverse, change of pitch and volume and much more.

  46. SOUNDEffect Version 1.30 is SHAREWARE. You are only allowed to distribute it
  47. if:
  48.     - all doc-file of one language are copied together with the program
  49.     - program and doc-files remain unchanged
  50.     - the disk must not cost more than $ 3 (DM 3)
  51.     - You are not allowed to include SOUNDEffect into any comercial or free
  52.       distributable compilations without my written permission!

  54. If you get any damages using my program I'm not responsible.

  58. The amount of the share is US$ 15 or DM 20. If you pay the share you'll get
  59. a full working update version as quick as possible. I will inform all
