  11. BootPic allows you to install, instead of the Workbench-hand that appears after
  12. every reset, nearly any picture you like.
  13. Now it's also possible to play a MED-Module while the picture is shown.
  14. BootPic can be started either from Workbench or CLI.
  15.  
  16. When starting from WB a window with five gadgets will open:
  17.  
  18. Install Picture : A stringgadget will be displayed, where you can enter the
  19.                   name of an ILBM-file.
  20.                   If you started BootPic by activating BootPic ,then holding
  21.                   the SHIFT-key and choosing an IFF-file, its name will be
  22.                   displayed and all you have to do is to press RETURN.
  23.                   After that you may decide whether to load a MED-Module or
  24.                   not.
  25. Remove Picture :  Does exactly that.
  26. Check only df0 :  if this gadget is active, BootPic will check only the inter-
  27.                   nal drive for a bootable disk.
  28.                   if not, any drive will do ( also Kick 1.2/1.3 !)
  29. Color-Cycling :   Enables color-cycling
  30. Info :            Displays a little Info-window.

  33. The following parameters are accepted when starting from CLI :
  34. [If no parameters are specified, the intuition-window will open.]

  36. BootPic -e | -l{IFF-File} [-m{MED-Module}][-s][-r][-c rgb][-k][-y]
  37.                           [-d time]
  38.  
  39. -l{IFF-file}  removes, if there, an already installed picture and tries to load
  40.               a new one.
  41. -e            removes, if there, an already installed picture
  42.  
  43.               The following parameters just work with -l :
  44. -m            loads a MED-Module
  45. -s            loads the picture specified by -l only if there wasn't yet
  46.               installed a picture.
  47. -r            resets the Amiga after loading the picture.
  48. -c            specifies color that is faded in after showing the picture.
  49.               (r, g and b MUST be entered hexadecimal, so values from 0-9 and
  50.               A-F are valid.)
  51. -k            enables checking of all drives
  52. -y            enables color-cycling
  53. -t time       seconds, the picture should be shown. ( 'time' must be a number
  54.               from 0-9 )
