  3. Hello user!
  4.  
  5.    In order to install TPP you only have to double-click the  'Install'-icon.
  6. Due  to the fact that working with TPP and much more with TeX is not sensible
  7. without an harddisk, a script to install  TPP  on  disks  was  not  provided.
  8. Before  you  start to install TPP, make sure you already have installed ARexx
  9. and PasTeX, i. e. the directories 'REXX:' and 'TeX' exist.
  10.  
  11.    Owing to fit on the disk major parts of  TPP  have  been  packed.  Please,
  12. reassure yourself, that you have at least 1.5 MB harddisk space.
  13.  
  14. The hard- and software requirements for TPP in cooperation with PasTeX are:
  15.  
  16. · Amiga OS 2.04 or higher
  17. · at least 2 MB RAM
  18. · at least 10 MB harddisk space
  19. · PasTeX 1.3 or higher (incl. the macro package NICETeX)
  20.

  52.    If you use TPP's clock, mungwall goes crazy after switching it  off  (when
  53. leaving  TPP at the latest). This bug caused me several sleepless nights, but
  54. a solution has not been found, yet.

  56. Workaround:

  58. If you want to use TPP and mungwall at the same time, you should use
  59. an alternative configuration-file, in which the clock is switched off, e. g.
  60.  
  61. tpp -cTPP:config/TPPNoClock.Config
  62.  
  63. Without mungwall in the background no errors occur.
