  4. V1.14   Bug Fix.  When adding chip memory back to the 
  5.     pool it had the wrong attributes, and the name
  6.     was in volatile ram.  This has now been corrected.
  7.     
  8.     When the chip memory is added back to the free
  9.     pool, on a CHIPROM to FASTROM conversion, it now 
  10.     attempts to merge the memory into a contiguous 
  11.     block if it is possible.
  12.     
  13.     Added the Commodore $VER: string to Set040 so
  14.     you can find which version you have with the
  15.     'version' command.

  17. V1.13   Added the ability to enable or disable both caches
  18.     and copyback in one single switch.
  19.         
  20.     Bug fix. If the loading of a kickstart or superkickstart 
  21.     disk failed the disk drive motor would be left on.
  22.         
  23. V1.12   Added error trapping for a KICKROM attempt when the
  24.     the current MMU setup is already KICKROM or unknown.

  26.     If an attempt is made to remove a KICKROM setup,
  27.     a custom error string is displayed rather than
  28.     'Unknown MMU'.

  30.     The info output now recognises a KICKROM setup
  31.     and displays it if found.

  34.     The DTT0 register would print an incorrect value,
  35.     The register display was only ever correct at
