  4. This utility is for the one purpose of putting your TNC into 'KISS' mode
  5. before running !TCPIP and for recovering it afterwards when you want to
  6. run a normal terminal program.
  7.  
  8. 'select' and 'menu' refer to the left and centre mouse buttons.
  9.  
  10. The program installs on the icon bar as normal and is 'Run' by either
  11. clicking on the icon with 'select' or clicking with 'menu' and selecting
  12. 'Run' from the icon-bar menu.

  16. Edit the files "!KissMode.kiss_on" and "!KissMode.kiss_off" to suit your
  17. tnc's requirements. As may be obvious "kiss_on" is used to set the tnc into
  18. 'KISS' mode and "kiss_off" to return to normal. 
  19. (depends on what you call normal)
  20.  
  21. Read and edit the file "!KissMode.baudrates" to set your required baud rates
  22. and parity etc.

  26. So on we go, run the program and open the main (and only  window apart from
  27. the info box).

  29. Select "Kiss ON" or "Kiss OFF" as is your want.
