  5. The definition file in the Qume directory is for a
  6. Qume ScripTEN printer.
  7.  
  8. If you have a Qume CrystalPrint Publisher, the
  9. same definition file can be used, but it is
  10. possible that problems may be experienced with
  11. early versions of the CrystalPrint in two areas:
  12.  
  13. 1. The timing of their Centronics interface was
  14. not always compatible
  15.  
  16. 2. The PostScript '#Copies' command was not
  17. supported.
  18.  
  19. Discussions with Qume confirmed that a new version
  20. of the firmware in the Qume CrystalPrint was
  21. needed. The problems have been fixed and you can
  22. obtain a free of charge upgrade of the firmware
  23. for your printer directly from Qume. Their address
