  1. Important notes about this release:

  3. The new print facility has a bug that causes escape to not abort the process
  4. properly. Printing should work OK if you don't try and abort it. Obviously
  5. I'm working on fixing this!
  6.  
  7. The directory structure inside !MovieDB has been rearranged slightly since
  8. the last release. This only makes a difference if you're updating an existing
  9. copy of MovieDB. The database directories (and building scratch space) have
  10. all been relocated into the Database subdirectory to tidy things up and the
  11. prefs file has been moved from Resources to the top level. v1.11 cannot read
  12. older prefs files anyway so it will be ignored even if you move it to the
  13. correct place. The recommended update method is to install a new copy of
  14. MovieDB (not copying over your existing copy) and if you want to keep your
  15. current database, move the following directories:

  17.   old !MovieDB.Cast        to new !MovieDB.Database.Cast
  18.   old !MovieDB.CastIdx     to new !MovieDB.Database.CastIdx
  19.   old !MovieDB.Data        to new !MovieDB.Database.Data
  20.   old !MovieDB.DataIdx     to new !MovieDB.Database.DataIdx
  21.   old !MovieDB.Filmog      to new !MovieDB.Database.Filmog
  22.   old !MovieDB.FilmogIdx   to new !MovieDB.Database.FilmogIdx
  23.   old !MovieDB.Key         to new !MovieDB.Database.Key
  24.   old !MovieDB.Movies      to new !MovieDB.Database.Movies
  25.   old !MovieDB.MoviesIdx   to new !MovieDB.Database.MoviesIdx

  27. If you intend to rebuild the database you might as well just delete your old
  28. MovieDB and rebuild from scratch.
