  6. This is a quick toolbar which provides quick access to common IRC commands, and should work 
  7. with any IRC Client.

  9.  Select a user name from the dialouge, a channel and click on the command you want!! Its that simple.. . i hope :)

  14.  Click middle button in the main menu - select either channels or names. Edit, then save.

  16.  WARNING : IRClient (verison 0.43) does not implement all of these commands yet. . . .  IRClient 0.22 with IRCLib does most of them
