  3.      This program will generate a specified amount of static which can look
  4. brilliant when used in icons etc.  The options should be pretty much 
  5. self-explanatory, but I'll explain them anyway:

  7. X/Y size
  8. --------
  9.  The size of the screen is 640 by 256.  A standard file icon is 34 by 17.

  11. Plot Action

  13.  The plot action used.  See the PRMs for details.

  15. Min/Max colour
  16. --------------
  17.  The range of colours from which one will be chosen randomly for each pixel.

  19. Load Sprite
  20. -----------
  21.  Loads a sprite to generate static on.

  23. Save
  24. ----
  25.  Saves it as a sprite
  26.  
  27.     It's quite fun trying out all the different effects you can get.  Any 
  28. sprites created using !GenStatic are completely PD, as is the program itself.
  29. However, anyone who trys to commercially sell this program, or put there own
  30. name on it instead of mine, will probably be punished in hell (as well as
  31. having to live with the knowledge that they are a sinful person).
