This program, is very simple, what it does is provides an icon bar icon that when clicked upon with SELECT or ADJUST runs the !Chars applcation in the resources folder.
It doesn't sound very useful I know, but it can improve efficiency immensely, when you don't have to keep searching fo the ROM iconbar icon and then open the window, click on the program and then close the Resources window every time yuo want to load it. This program has proved to be real gem, and permanently resides on my pinboard backdrop.
This program is written by and is copyright David Sharp. You may copy it and give a copy to anyone you wish, but NOT for profit. A small charge may be made to cover handling costs ie. less than £2. If you do alter this program in any way, you may not remove my credits, nor may you delete text from this helpfile, you must also send me a copy of the new version.

* warn if characters is already loaded when you click on the icon bar.
* hot key combination to load characters.
