This program does one simple thing, changes the backdrop after a set time. The backdrops can be tiled, scaled or centered. As the program has to load the backdrops, it is highly recomended if the program was installed on to a hard disk to avoid lots of disk swapping.
Loading

Loading is in the usual RISC OS way, double click on the icon in the filer window and wait for a while. The program has now installed on to the icon bar, and its first backdrop has appered. The program is multitasking so you can run other programs at the same time.
Using Changer

To change the backdrop, one of 2 ways can be used which are: 1) Wait for the ammount of time as specified in the settings file (to alter this, read customising Changer), or 2) click on the icon on the icon bar.
If you click the menu (middle) button on the mouse over the changer icon, you get the following menu:

Quiting

To quit Changer, get the Changer menu as described above and highlight the quit option with the pointer and click on it, Changer has now gone!
Customising Changer

To change the time before the backdrop changes, load up the settings file into Edit, and change the numbers, but please note that the time is in mili-seconds so 100ms = 1sec, so for 15 seconds delay, type in 1500 etc...
You can put in your own backdrops if you want. Double click on the Changer icon in the filer window while holding down Shift, then double click on the 'Backdrops" directory. You can then put your backdrops in to the sub-dirctories on your choice.
