Archive: FiloFax.
Purpose: Impression Style/Publisher templates for FiloFax™ or MicroFile™
organisers.
Author: Neil Bingham.
============================================================================
Do you own a FiloFax™ or MicroFile™? Would you like to be able to print
documents from your computer for your organiser? Then this Archive is
for you.
I wanted the ability to print out files like that and didn't want to spend
money on Almanac or Lotus Organizer for my Risc PC 486 card just for that.
The templates are in the file called 'FiloFax'. The other files in the
Archive are ones I made up for myself based on the templates.
'FiloFax' Document:

There are several Master Pages in this document. They are outlined below:
* Single. If you have a single-sided page you wish to do then this
is the template to use.
* Single H/F. Again, for single-sided pages, but this time with a header
and footer containing page number setup
* Landscape S. A landscape page, single-sided template.
* Landscape M. A template for multiple landscape double-sided pages.
* Multi. Double sided multiple portrait pages.
* Multi H/F. Double sided multiple portrait with headers and footers
defined Footer includes Page number.
'Email' Document:

This document contains a Master Page made up from the Multi template in
'FiloFax' for listing email addresses of people.
'Internet' Document:

When accessing the Internet there are lots of URL addresses to be kept. I
designed this template for those templates.
When printing ensure the following options set:
* Left Pages is flagged '€'.
* Right Pages is flagged '€'.
* Ensure Centre Pages is disabled.
The pages will be printed with a cutting guide marked out at the bottom
right of the page. The margin on the left is large enough for the holes
to be punched and does not have to be trimmed.
For punching the pages, I would recommend the FiloFax™ Personnal File
Punch which can be purchased for around £7.00. It can be carried in your
organiser and has a ruler etc as well.
These printouts have been tested on a Hewlett Packard Deskjet 500c printer
and I can make no guarantee that they will work on any other make as neatly
etc. I hope to be buying an Epson Stylus printer in the next 2 months and
if modifications are required I will upload the changed version.
