To import the CSV "Advisory" file first load the "Import" Almanac file. You will find that there is an appropriate import format defined for the company address book section.
Click on the "Contests Page Menu: Import=>Companies=>Edit.." option.
A large Import Format window will appear. Now drag the CSV file and drop it on the "Import box" (immediately to the left of the OK and Cancel buttons).
