  6. This is a Shareware scheduling system for the business needs of
  7. sales personnel, manufacturers, offices, retail establishments, Utilities,
  8. and any business requiring the tracking TO DO and follow-up activities.  
  9. This scheduling system is also included in B&B SaleLead.

  11. Easy-to-use.  Here are the codes commands:

  14.   A, E, D = Add, Edit or Delete TODO records                                  
  15.   M = View a summary of the entire Month                                      
  16.   P = Print a copy of the daily schedule                                      
  17.   S = Shifts all daily TODO's ? days ahead or back WITHOUT conflict check     
  18.   L = Look up any data in COMMENT field (looks forward)                       
  19.   C = Look up any CODE (looks forward)                                        
  20.   R = Listing of TODO records Ranked in Code sequence                         
  21.   F = Copy COMMENTS into a future record (? days ahead) for Follow-up         
  22.   Home/End = In Daily screen - Go to Beginning or ending day of month         
  23.              In Monthly screen - Go back or forward 1 year                    
  24.   PgUp/Dn  = In Daily screen - Skips 1 day                                    
  25.              In Monthly screen - Skips 1 month

  28.   NOTES: D in Monthly screen deletes all records for month and includes        
  29.          an option to print a list of deleted records                          
  30.          Deleting unwanted records in this screen INCREASES SPEED

  32.          DATE field is the date of the TODO                                                
  33.  
  34.          EXTRA_DAYS field is the number of extra days to ADD to this TODO                  
  35.                     (1 week mtg = 6 extra days)                                     
  36.     
  37.          TIME field is hundreds (eg. noon=1200, 1:00pm=100, 9:00a=900)

  39.          AM_OR_PM field is an A or P  (noon=P)                                             
  40.  
  41.          HALFHOURS field is the length of the TODO's in halfs 
  42.                    (two hour meeting=4)         
  43.   
  44.          CODE field can be any code indicating:C=Complete, D=Delegated, etc.

  47.   When editing your schedule data: Use slash marks "/" in dates and
  48.   records with no "time" are listed under Unscheduled TODO's                  
  49.  
  50.   Data files are in dBase III format.  SHAREWARE version has screen 
  51.   message.   Registered by mail, or electronically using B&B System's
  52.   Bulletin Board.

  54.   Upgrades available thru B&B Systems Bulletin Board, P.C. Manager.
  55.   Available 24 hrs, 2400 Baud (8-N-1), no cost.  Call with questions, and

  57.   examples of business shareware, including zip code files for the entire
