  1. Updates and Enhancements to HI-TECH C
  2.   Included are various .OBJ and source files to update HI-TECH's LIBC.LIB
  3. standard library.  Additional routines add a couple functions described in 
  4. the documentation, but not included (memmove() and memchr()), as well as
  5. changes to various routines to include faster console I/O through the BIOS.
  6.   Also included are Z-System specific enhancements (in LIBZ.LIB) for basic
  7. screen control as well as returning an exit value, etc.
