  1. TARCER.EXE is a *highly* experimental program that allows you to pack
  2. multiple tape files into one big archive. This archive needs to have the
  3. suffix .TAR and must be stored in TAPE\ to be visible to CPE. Please do not
  4. trust this program. It may work, it may not. (I have not had problems, but
  5. you never know!) If you test this, make backups, and tell me about your
  6. experiences.
