  6.      Flags v2.15 is an educational game which lets you both view flags and
  7.      test how good you are at recognmizing flags. For viewing, it lets you 
  8.      look at U.S. state flags or at flags of world countries. For testing 
  9.      your knowledge, it displays several flags and lets you decide which 
  10.      of those flags belongs to a specific state or country. The game has
  11.      several, different levels, and the game gets more difficult as you
  12.      advance forward in it. A file called Readme.txt is accompanied to the
  13.      game, and contains information about the game.

  15.      Special requirements: Windows 95 is required to run this game. Also,
