  5.   This macro displays the following values for each key pressed:

  8.     - keycode in hexadecimal
  9.     - scancode for the key
  10.     - ascii value of the key, in decimal
  11.     - ascii value of the key, in hexadecimal
  12.     - ascii character represented by the key
  13.     - keyname associated with the keycode
  14.  
  15.   Pressing the <esc> key twice will exit this macro.
