  115. ImgViewer/16 is NOT a public domain program.  It is copyrighted by
  116. Arcata Pet.  This software and accompanying documentation are
  117. protected by United States copyright law and also by international
  118. treaty provisions.

  120. Arcata Pet grants you a limited license to use this software
  121. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed sixty days.  If you
  122. continue using this software after the sixty-day evaluation period,
  123. you MUST make a registration payment to Arcata Pet.

  125. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  126. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  127. program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized
  128. use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  136. recipient of ImgViewer/16 must be informed, in advance, that the fee
  137. paid to acquire ImgViewer/16 does not relieve the recipient from
  138. registering ImgViewer/16 with the author.
