  101. FundRaiser Basic has no installation requirements.
  102.  
  103.  o However, to simplify continued use, it is best to put FundRaiser in
  104.    its own directory.  We suggest \FRB, which is the default directory we
  105.    use when sending updates.  If you have already placed the FRB files in
  106.    another directory and want an easy way to move them all over to \FRB,
  107.    type: INSTALL and press Enter.
  108.  
  109.  o You will need at least 900 k and preferably about 2 Mb of available
  110.    disk space on the hard drive or diskette on which you plan to install
  111.    FundRaiser Basic.  The program and empty databases take almost 900k,
  112.    the help files and manual about 400k.  In addition, you must have
  113.    sufficient room to record data on your donors and their donations.
  114.    Depending on how extensive your notes are, and how many donations,
  115.    you should figure about 1k for every 1 to 2 donors.

  117.  o We do not recommend installation onto a diskette because the disk's
  118.    limited disk capacity will limit the number of donors that can be
  119.    recorded, and will result in VERY slow operation.

  121.  o You start the program by first changing to the program's directory.
  122.    Do that by typing:  CD \FRB and pressing Enter.  Then to start the
  123.    program, type: FRB and press Enter.
